Get your ZIP and license

Sign in to My account using the account used for your purchase. New Paddle customers should use the email entered at checkout. Existing customers should use their existing account. If you need to set or reset your password, use the secure password-reset page. Your account contains your purchased license information and authorised plugin downloads. Open Licenses & downloads to get the ZIP. If access is missing after payment, contact support rather than buying again.

The authorised download verified for this release is Trim Checkout 3.2.2. Download the ZIP to your computer, then upload it using the steps below.

Before you install

WordPress
6.5 or later.
WooCommerce
8.4 or later, with classic-checkout-compatible gateways and extensions.
Server
PHP 8.1 or later, PHP Sodium and HTTPS administration.
Backup
A current backup of site files and database. Start with a staging copy.

Install and preview

  1. Upload the ZIP
Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Choose the released Trim Checkout ZIP, select Install Now, then activate it. Keep only one checkout replacement active.
  2. Activate your site license
Open Trim Checkout → License and follow the license activation guide. Fresh installations need activation before their first settings access.
  3. Open checkout settings
Go to WooCommerce → Trim Checkout. Configure General, select Save all settings, then use Open checkout.
  4. Add a product and preview
An empty cart cannot show a useful checkout. Add a product from your store first. You can also place the [trim_checkout] shortcode on the intended checkout page.
  5. Test before replacing checkout
Follow the payment test checklist. Once ready, enable Replace native checkout in General and save.

Check before you finish

  • The checkout shows the correct product and totals.
  • Your checkout, account and payment-return pages are excluded from page caching.
  • Only one plugin or theme feature replaces the checkout.
  • Physical and virtual/downloadable orders have been tested, if your store sells them.
