Refund policy

Our refund approach

Trim Checkout is a digital software product. We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee or change-of-mind refunds. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law, including rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content.

Purchases through Paddle

Paddle is the authorised reseller for purchases made through its checkout. The Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy also apply. Paddle may approve refunds under those terms, including discretionary refunds. Our policy does not override Paddle’s authority or any protection its terms provide.

Statutory cancellation rights

Where a statutory cancellation period applies, it remains available unless the legal requirements for ending it have been met. For UK consumers, loss of the 14-day cancellation right for immediate digital supply requires express consent to supply during that period and acknowledgement that the cancellation right will be lost when supply begins. The required consent and acknowledgement must also be confirmed in a form the customer can keep. Purchasing a digital product alone is not a waiver.

The protections available can depend on your country and circumstances. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content remain separate from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

Getting help or requesting a refund

For installation, product defects or missing license/download access, contact support@trimcheckout.com with the purchase email address, order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or license keys.

For billing, cancellation or refund requests, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support. Requests are assessed under the applicable law and Paddle’s terms. A request does not by itself guarantee a refund.
