Purchase terms
Effective 15 October 2026. These terms describe purchases, site entitlements and customer access for Trim Checkout.
Who supplies Trim Checkout
Trim Checkout is an MR DIGIX product. MR DIGIX is a brand of Empirix Global Limited, company number 17001025. Our registered office is Unit A256 4 – 6 Greatorex Street, London, United Kingdom, E1 5NF.
Empirix Global Limited supplies the product. For purchases made through Paddle, Paddle is the authorised reseller and your transaction is also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. The applicable Paddle entity is identified in its Buyer Terms and your transaction documents.
Plans and payment
- Single Site: USD $49, paid once, for one website license with lifetime updates.
- 100-Site Package: USD $295, paid once, for 100 website licenses with lifetime updates.
- Both plans are non-recurring and include all released checkout features.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Review the selected plan, currency, tax and final total in Paddle checkout before paying. No physical product is shipped.
Your site allowance
A site slot is tied to a canonical website URL and installation identity. Separate staging URLs and multisite subsites use separate slots. Release the old activation before moving to another website. Deactivating or uninstalling the plugin does not release an activation automatically.
After purchase
Sign in to the account used for your purchase at My account. New Paddle customers should use the email entered at checkout. Existing customers should use their existing account. If you need to set or reset your password, use the secure password-reset page. Your account provides access to your purchased license information and authorised plugin downloads. Download access is available at My account → Licenses & downloads.
If payment completed but access is missing, contact support@trimcheckout.com with your purchase email address and order reference. Do not buy again just to recover access. Never send passwords, full payment details or license keys.
Requirements and support
Trim Checkout uses WooCommerce’s classic checkout. Review the requirements and compatibility notes and documentation before buying. Test your actual theme, payment gateway and extensions on staging before changing a live checkout. Compatibility with every third-party combination is not promised.

Refunds and consumer rights
We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee or change-of-mind refunds. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or Paddle’s authority under its own terms. Read our refund policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy.
These terms do not exclude or restrict any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If applicable law gives you greater protection, that protection continues to apply.
